An Engineering qualification (Degree or National Diploma/BTech) with a minimum of 5 -10 years’ experience in a Production/Manufacturing background. Proven technical skills on product, process and program management, including knowledge of program finance issues. Proven experience in team management, manufacturability of product, production system development, production launch and the PPAP process, engineering change management etc.
