A top-performer within the Investment markets industry, is looking for a BEE Project Financial Manager, to take full responsibility for three companies’, keeping abreast of all the financial and operational deliverables of the company, as well as all the projects. The position is based in Cape Town and requires a strong, qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of 5 years’ transactional experience within Project Finance, M&A, Structured Finance and Tax Equity. The employer is an exciting, successful Investor with growing projects and a strong presence through-out South Africa and other African countries.

Skills & Experience:

Transactional experience within Project Finance, Structured Finance, Tax Equity, M&A

Prior Financial Services and / or Renewable Energy exposure – greatly advantageous

Strong Excel

ERP systems knowledge
