Qualifications:
• Three-year degree, honours or four-year Degree in a Technical discipline ( BEng, BSC, BTech) or Higher education diploma with demonstrated prior learning based on industry experience. Project management tool such as PSNext or MSProject. MSOffice.
•Responsible for accomplishing project objectives via the application and integration of PM processes •Coordinating and integrating activities with a multi-disciplinary team •Project scope management •Project schedule management • Project cost management •Project quality management • Project human resource management• Project communications management •Project risk management •Project procurement management •Assist in problem-solving process by coming up with ideas. •Provide proper direction and leadership •Interact informally with team members •Stimulate group process • Facilitate adoption of new team members • Reduce conflicts •Defend team against outside pressures •Resist changes to project.
The candidate should be a proactive Team player with good communication skill . Fluent in English. Must be Highly motivated and energetic. Should have the ability to work under pressure. Goal and Milestone oriented. Must have Excellent planning skills and be able to creatively solve problems. Should have a Tolerance for ambiguity. Be Flexible. Management and people skills.
