Pharmaceutical Trade Association needs to appoint a Project Manager: Access & Legal

The Project Manager: Access & Legal, will be a member of the professional team at the Association and report to the CEO.

The Project Access & Legal will:
Team Related Activities
Coordinate & Lead Access and IP related team/s projects and activities
Organise and Facilitate team meetings
Develop positions on key issues in conjunction with members
Provide team/company/ stakeholder information and support with respect to these teams
Be accountable for projects & interventions (internal and external): Execution, budget setting/monitoring, Project reporting.
Data base on areas of responsibility
Support for internal and external stakeholder communications on team and scientific issues.
Legal:
Provide support on legal matters pertaining to all teams and activities
Ensure that legislative and governance requirements are adhered to.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Law and or Science
Post graduate qualification a recommendation.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and specifically experience in access and Intellectual Property policy would be a recommendation.
Working knowledge of the laws and Government policies affecting the health sector and in particular the pharmaceutical industry.
Own transport and driving license.
Skills & knowledge:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills essential.
Rational/logical thinking skills. Analytical and research skills;
Good Presentation skills and communication skills..
High level of Computer literacy:
Knowledge and care/passion for the health care sector, want to make a difference
Continuous learning approach and moral compass. Self-motivated.
