What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Research and development sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Project Scoping

* Facilitate project scoping sessions
* Determine project scope, activities and risks

* Project Documentation

* Compile Project Charter, Scope of Work, WBS and Gantt chart
* Keep weekly progress documentation up to date
* Manage project Gantt Chart

* Activity Coordination

* Compile Project Team
* If necessary jointly develop task lists with team
* Daily/Weekly meetings to ensure activities on track

* Timeline Tracking

* Create project baseline
* Monitor achievement vs baseline timeframes
* Adapt work activities if timelines at risk
* Adapt work activities to keep project on track

* Budget Tracking

* Compile project budgets
* Manage budgets to ensure project stays on track
* Identify project risks which could lead to budget overruns

* Risk Tracking

* Compile Risk Register
* Compile Risk Mitigation Plans
* Track and manage risks

* Work with Various Methodologies

* Waterfall
* Agile, SCRUM
* Iterative Development

Background work experience:

* 5+years Project Management

* WBS, Project Baselines, Documentation and Scoping Sessions
* Gantt Charts, SCRUM, Iterative Development
* Adv: Automotive Industry Projects
