A subsidiary of a Global Financial Services Company requires your experience and proven passion for investment industry in the capacity of a Project Manager.
Purpose of Job
To manage the numerous projects across the various jurisdictions of the fund administration business from conception to implementation.
Projects includes the following:
On-boarding of new funds
Migration from other Administrators onto our client’s platforms
Group projects (streamlining of processes/models to gain cost efficiencies)
Manage numerous projects from conception to implementation and provide post implementation support
Manage interdependencies between the projects
Manage dependencies, issues and risks through to resolution, escalating where necessary.
Ensure appropriate change control is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Evidence change controls are applied throughout the project lifecycle
Perform business process modelling and re-engineering and produce detailed process and procedure documentation
Perform business requirements gathering and producing detailed specification documentation
Provide project and programme status reports and to manage project and steering meetings as appropriate and facilitate accordingly
Provide maximum support to operational teams throughout the project lifecycle including post implementation support, providing key information, training, assistance with documentation and any other support required
Build and maintain good working relationships across all divisions of JTC, the wider group and with external clients

Role Requirements
Project Management experience
Includes preparing of project documentation including scorecards
Tracking projects against milestones and targets
Risk identification and escalation
Interactions with different parties in the group as well as external parties (facilitating meetings, tracking action points, ensuring timely delivery from different individuals)
Good skills in terms of dealing with different types of individuals under demanding timelines and ensuring that they deliver on time.
Fund Administration Operations experience is a plus
