An International, multidisciplinary construction company, specializing in design and construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and to manage various projects in Dubai. This position will be a contract position of 10 Months. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years’ experience within the design and site supervision of Electrical- and Mechanical Engineers.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing sets of plans needed for the implementation of a project. Typical duties will include; discussing requirements with clients, developing engineering concepts, collaborating with other internal departments, coordinating engineer teams, analyzing project feasibility, and making sure projects are implemented in due time. Successful candidates showcase in their resumes qualifications like engineering expertise, project management skills, computer proficiency, time management and teamwork. A Master's Degree will be beneficial.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning and organizing production schedules;
• Review and adjust the schedule where needed;
• Implement and control the production schedule;
• Assessing project and resource requirements;
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers;
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met;
• Determining quality control standards;
• Overseeing production processes;
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary;
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials;
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment;
• Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff;
• Supervising the work of junior staff;
• Organizing relevant training sessions;
• Determine the human resources required for each project;
• Determine the material resources required;
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets;
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement;
