The successful candidate will manage Projects through successful planning, execution and closing.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Strategic & Financial Results:
• Innovation Projects are delivered OTIF
• Understand Innovation Framework Governance, Project Management methodology and tools to ensure compliance
• Define the scope of allocated projects and agree outcomes with relevant stakeholders
• Allocated Projects reflects relevant stakeholder requirements, potential for conflicts and baseline (resources, budget, timing)
• Approve the plans for the project with the project owner and communicate to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor project processes and variances addressed (includes project plans, work packages, project governance and product acceptance)

Operational Results:

• Manage innovation projects execution to achieve objectives and quality standards
• Project performance is measured, recorded, evaluated, and reported against the project baselines and
• outcomes, and corrective action taken
• Project data base maintained
• Project status meeting actions and decisions recorded and implemented
• Risks, issues and learnings documented and mitigating actions defined and implemented
• PIPO managed and implemented as per approved plan and KES

Customer & Relationship Results:

• Develop internal and external relationships and networks
• Develop the project plans with inputs from key stakeholders and drive execution

Leadership Results:

• Develop own competence and transfer knowledge / skills to relevant stakeholders

• Provide clear direction to project team to ensure focus and project success

Essential requirements :

• Relevant qualification: Preferably B degree with project management qualification
• + 3 years’ experience
