Job Description 1) Complex Sales Deals Roll Out
Develop a clear process flow chart, with steps, deliverables, actions, responsibilities timelines
Stock & Planning
Oversight driving the ADIM process (carried out through the Implementations + Software + XGS teams)
Monitor & manage client satisfaction positive customer experience during First Impression Phase
Ensure all deadlines are met
Escalation point for customer during critical transition phase
Sales single point of contact to co-ordinate all internal company divisions (Imps, Software, Contract Control, Finance,
Proper hand over to XGS
Ensure compliance with all operational requirements and all assets reporting
Drive the fastest time period from order to invoice i.e. convert order to revenue for client
Manage the uplift of all existing machines from churn deals
Job Requirements Diploma in Project Management.
Experience in managing projects (3 to 4 years)
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and terminology.
MS Office, intermediate or advanced, including MS Project.
Valid Driver License with own transport
