We require a mature, strong personality with high attention to detail to assist us with the general runnings of the department. You will be required to work alongside the various members of the team to assist them with recording and monitoring projects and leads, and prepare reports for management. You will also become an expert on internal systems and processes and drive the development and implementation to improve the systems.

Tasks
? Interrogate our databases to mine for opportunities and identify areas of improvement
? Daily monitoring of team target progress, as well as providing accurate weekly reports to management
? General management of operations and systems
? Extensive reporting daily/weekly/monthly
? Events Co-ordination

Skills Required
? A business degree or diploma
? Advanced Excel Skills and good Powerpoint skills
? Previous Project Management or position of leadership in a small or large team
? High attention to detail to ensure accuracy
