Challenging role for a well-respected Project Manager to draw on his / her expertise, processes and best practices to manage migration campaigns.

Job Responsibilities
A large portion of your key accountabilities will be focused on Project Management;
• Facilitating sub projects from scoping and prep stages to managing the end to end delivery.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills will be needed as there are multiple projects running in parallel.
• Track the delivery timeline of the migration tool and all ongoing enhancements.
• Identify and manage resolutions issues and risk across all campaigns ensure minimal or no impact to the migration progress.

Other key accountabilities will be MI Analysis, Reporting and Support;
• Driving the initiatives for migration performance measurements, analysis and forecasting.
• Providing Analytical and reporting support.
• Track progress of the migration campaigns.

As well as People Management (a team of 4 to 6 people i.e. Campaign Managers, Business Analysts and MI Analysts);
• Provide daily direction for the team.
• Mentor and Management of team.
• Establish and maintain a succession and talent management plan for the key roles in the area.

Minimum Requirements
• At least 6-8 years general working experience in projects across multiple industries or multiple disciplines in financial services.
• At least 3 years management experience.
• B-degree in technology or Commerce.
• Postgraduate / relevant project management qualification
• 5 years minimum project management experience
• Operational analysis, business analysis and improvement techniques.
• Expertise in project planning tools such as MS Project, and techniques such as work breakdown structures.
