A progressive Healthcare Company who is passionate about providing Clinical Care to HIV positive adults, children and adolescents is currently looking for Project Manager MMC (Clinical) will be responsible for the development and management of systems to ensure the highest quality service provision that adheres to international and national standards/protocols.

This position provides overall strategic leadership and direction ensure achievement of the programme’s objectives and targets. The incumbent will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support capacity building activities for the delivery of MMC services for DOH and internal staff.

Key performance areas
• Oversee MMC activities
• Planning and resource allocation
• Conduct quality assurance and improve the quality of VMMC Services
• Training & capacity building for clinical staff
• Provide technical support to District DOH & Provincial DOH on MMC
• Staff management
• Effective self-management and performance ownership

Education, Training and Experience
• Diploma in General Nursing or equivalent
• SANC
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to handle a varied, busy and pressurized work load.
• Drivers license and own transport; willingness to travel.
• 4 years’ experience in public health settings
• Previous management, training and mentoring of staff
• Confidentiality, tact and discretion must be maintained at all times
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
