Project Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Century City, Cape Town
Salary: R50kpm
 
Purpose of the Role:
The Project Manager (PMO) is the intermediary between the client and the team and is accountable for ensuring quality service delivery through the analysis, development and UAT phases. He/she communicates extensively with the client and the team, and promotes the continuous improvement of productivity, development quality and client satisfaction.

• Project Management experience working with Software Developers

 
Duties:

• Resource planning and recruitment
• Operational oversight
• Streamlining of processes across divisions
• Assisting in development roadmap strategy and its delivery with the product owner
• Schedule work as per project plans, manage risk and clients’ expectations
• Ensure quality of all deliverables
• Deliver projects within scope and timeline
• Communicate extensively with the clients and the team, drive internal and client meetings
• Manage and solve conflicts with clients
• Escalate any project related issue timeously
