JOB PURPOSE
To Manage & support the Mindray PMLS & Surgical Product Portfolio with a Clear Clinical & Sales Strategy
Assist Regional Sales staff to achieve/exceed the required Sales Budget by providing specialized clinical support, and by driving improved product knowledge and clinical understanding.
Provide feedback to Divisional Manager with information on reference sites, system performance, competitors’ products, customer reactions and effectiveness of sales arguments & overall Strategy.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE :
5 years proven sales and/or management track record.
Ability to formulate and implement sales strategies.
Ability to analyse the market
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have good reporting & feedback communication skills.
Must be self-motivated.
Enthusiasm & willingness to grow the business unit.
Ability to apply logic and a sense of urgency.
Must be able to work after hours, if required.
Entrepreneurial flare
Flawless integrity.
Must be based at RCA Head Office

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience or Product Management
Presentation/Training experience preferable
Management experience preferable
Market access/medical device sales experience preferable

*The position will report to the Mindray Divisional Manager.
