Management - Responsibilities

Implementing of QMS on Projects

Liaison with Stakeholders

Management of Polokwane office - after probation period & it proven to be successful

Independent management of various Projects from inception to completion

Conducting of all meeting, recording of minutes, preparation of certificates etc.

Business Development & Marketing

Identify opportunities in the local press for Tenders

Client liaison
