* PMI or Other Formal Project Managemet Qualification
* BSC/BTech in Engineering
* Analytical Driver Personality

* 5+ yrs Project Managemet on R&D Projects
* 2+ yrs within an Engineering Discipline

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Battery Research, Development and Manufacture sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Management of R&D Projects
* Utilise Methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
* Manage at least 10 projects concurrently
* Use MS Project
* Development of Project Documentation including Work Breakdown Structure
* Manage Project Execution Timelines
* Manage Budgets
* Adherence to Automotive Quality Standards
* Manage Project Risks
* Writing Business Cases for CAPEX

Key Job Deliverables:

* Deliver R&D Projects on Time, According to Spec, Within Budget
* Oversee execution of product roadmaps
* Adherence to Automotive Industry Quality Standards

Background work experience:

* 5+ yrs Project Managemet on R&D Projects
* 2+ yrs within an Engineering Discipline
* PMI or Other Formal Project Managemet Qualification
* BSC/BTech in Engineering
* R&D Project Management
* R&D Programme Management
* Automotive Quality Standards such as TS169, APQP, FMEA
* Adv: Battery Manufacture or OEM Automotive Manufacture
