Senior Project Manager required by Developer of Luxury Residential Developments; They require an experienced Project Manager to take luxury residential projects from conceptual design through to the final handover to clients.

Candidates should have: -
• Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years experience in a Project Management position.
• Experience on large scale high end residential developments
• Applicants should have experience in managing/coordinating professional teams and contractors from concept through the design stage and to final completion
• Should hold a relevant qualification BSc / B. Tech Construction Management / Building Science / Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Additional Project Management qualifications or registration an advantage.
• CCS experience also an advantage.

Duties / responsibilities will include: -
• Scheduling of all professional team activities from each discipline into one overall project plan from concept to completion for each project
• Staff resource leveling for each discipline for each project
• Budget preparation for each discipline for each project, actual time/cost spent and compared to budget for each discipline
• Appointment of sub-consultants for each project if required
• Set deadlines for all professional team activities and monitor progress.
• Prepare own high-level construction program for each project and Project Manage construction projects using own high-level program.
• Act as the “Engineer” under Fidic on each construction project
• Lead fortnightly professional team / contractor / design meetings on each construction project
• Agree fortnightly progress with contractor on project construction program on each project
• Liaise with the client for all client requirements and then instruct professional team and contractor accordingly to finalize client requirements on each project
