My client is looking for a Project Manager (Supply Chain) to implement Engineering projects related to DC infrastructure, systems and procedures to make the company supply chain more competitive through the application of engineering principles, either as project manager or project resource in co-ordination with managing a team

Essential requirements :

BEng degree (Industrial Engineering) or Strategy and Supply Chain Management
5 – 7 years related exposure
FMCG and Distribution Centre exposure
Computer literacy (MS Office /MS Project/ VBA programming)
Must be willing to travel for the role

Supply Chain best practice research
Needs analysis as input to strategy development
Business Case and CAPEX
Project plan and supporting documentation
Project performance management/monitoring
Cost
Timeframes
Quality
Show stoppers
Project integration
Project stakeholder management
Resource management
Business continuity and disaster recovery
Procurement (contract) / Supplier management
Facilitate implementation of project / implementation and post implementation support
