Qualification:

B.Eng/ BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in construction, building or vessels

Passionate about Marine or Boat building

Understanding of diesel engines

Project management experience

Ability to manage people

Time management

Costing and budgets

Manufacturing knowledge and experience to stream line production

10+ years’ experience in construction
