Project Manager

Location: Century City, Cape Town
Salary: Up to R40kpm

Purpose of the Role:
The Project Manager (PMO) is the intermediary between the client and the team and is accountable for ensuring quality service delivery through the analysis, development and UAT phases. He/she communicates extensively with the client and the team, and promotes the continuous improvement of productivity, development quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Agile experience
Project Management experience working with a Software Developers

Duties:
Resource planning and recruitment
Operational oversight
Streamlining of processes across divisions
Assisting in development roadmap strategy and its delivery with the product owner
Schedule work as per project plans, manage risk and clients’ expectations
Ensure quality of all deliverables
Deliver projects within scope and timeline
Communicate extensively with the clients and the team, drive internal and client meetings
Manage and solve conflicts with clients
Escalate any project related issue timeously
