Project Manager
A reputable and well established client of ours has a career opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their team
Responsibilities:

Motivate staff to excel in day-to-day work environment and maintain a creative spirit within a team.
Demonstrate ability to develop and manage a team effectively while producing quantifiable results.
Reinforce the company’s core standards and expectations through mentoring, communication and coaching.
Develop and implement innovative design techniques that enhances the productivity of the assignments within the company.
Assist in preparing proposals, developing contracts and Marketing efforts for new project management pursuits.
Develop company Organisation Process Assets.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to multiple schedules and deadlines.
Collaboration with other project managers where necessary.
Planning, implementation, monitoring and closing out of a broad range of engineering, administrative, and other projects or programs.
Develop project charters and business plans.
Develop integrated project plans including scope, time and cost management plans.
Manage the implementation of projects including scope, time, cost, procurement, communication, quality, and cost and stakeholder management.
Qualification and Experiance

Working knowledge of MS Office including Visio (or similar scheduling software)
Knowledgeable regarding PMBOK and the implementation of its knowledge areas
8+yrs experience in Project management within, the built environment sector with at least 4 years in the building development environment
QS or Civil Engineering qualification and experience mandatory
Project Management Qualification (SACPCMP, PRINCE or PMP)
