As a project manager we're looking for individuals to:
? Coordinate teams of developers and designers to effectively carry out client briefs using agile
methodologies.
? This will entail:

? Gaining a deep understanding of any project assigned and taking overall accountability for
project progress and performance.
? Planning teams on projects.
? Task allocation to team members.
? Tracking progress on projects and individual tasks.
? Facilitating the QA process for any products and/or features developed.
? Tracking and managing reverts, bugs and feedback
? Planning and facilitating:
¦ Daily Standup
¦ Sprint planning
¦ Sprint retrospective meetings
¦ Project retrospective meetings
¦ Grooming the project backlog
? Gathering performance feedback from clients
? Being the primary liaison with clients on matters such as:
? Managing project scope
? Ensuring project and feature requirements are sufficiently specced and defined in order to
design and development teams to execute
? Setting, managing and ensuring deadlines are met
? Managing overruns
? Reporting on project progress both internally and to clients.
? Managing of project handovers to clients
? Managing scope creep and billing more when required
Required skills, experience and attributes:
? Experience managing projects in the software development industry
? Technical understanding of modern software architectures
? Intermediate skill level in the use of G-Suite and related apps
? Experience using JIRA as a project management tool
? Sufficiently Assertive
? Ability to communicate effectively, especially when it is difficult.
? Solution and outcomes oriented
? Highly organised
? Ability to work within budgets and deadlines
? Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM
