We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Project Manager to manage the development, maintenance and refurbishing of our stores.
Within this role you will need to travel frequently to stores in Cape Town and may often need to work late hours, therefore you must have your own reliable transport.
You should also be willing to travel nationally should the need arise
Main Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Assisting with store design and planning
• Timeline Management for revamps or new stores
• Managing Supplier and Contractor liaison during the planning phase
• Managing suppliers and contractors on site during the building process
• Ensuring projects are within budget, through cost saving strategies and budget management
• Maintaining and/or improving store fit-out standards
• Managing the maintenance of existing stores, maintaining internal and external company standards
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• 2-3 years project management experience or retail store fit-out experience
• 2-3 years retail experience
• Project management qualification - beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cad
• Own reliable transport
• Detail Oriented
• Practically Minded
