To manage the projects from inception to installation by:
Designing and following project planning methodology providing complete and up to date transparency throughout all projects.
Planning and collaborating to ensure that all requirements of projects are being met.
Evaluating teams performance and providing feedback on skills shortfalls.
Following and ensuring that all HR, IR and OHSE policies are implemented and followed.
Monitoring asset utilisation and preventative maintenance.
