PROJECTS REPRESENTATIVE

Job purpose

• To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources, clients and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

o Wireless Team
? Date and Times for installation or physical site survey
? Tower, equipment and space procurement.
? Create What’s up groups

o Technical Installation Team
? IPs, Host name, VLAN, soak testing and handover documents.

o Accounts
? Move opportunities to billing.

o VTiger / Agility
? Keep data updated.

o Clients
? Onsite contact information
? Any requirements.
? Keep client updated

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.

o Create the SDD document with Physical Survey Team and senior RF Team member
o Confirm the availability of equipment , tower , capacity
o Note any additional requirements
o Health and safety

• Ensure resource and equipment availability and allocation


• Develop detailed project plan to track progress

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules and costs.

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems , tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

o Client SDD Documents
o Internal SDD documents
o ATP documents.
o HOA documents

• Maintain a customer database
o vTiger / AGIS Data Capture

• Assist Senior project manager

• Monitor project progress
o Whats up groups
o vTiger
o Agility

• Report project results

• Managing the Safety Health Environmental Quality (SHEQ) for the assigned project

• Collation of all reports (quality, H&S, progress, issues, etc.) into a full project report to keep up to date on progress of all aspects of the project.

• Provide coordination for kick off meetings for projects and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of the tasks required of them

• Manage the resources for the project from start to end
