Join this energetic and dynamic team of professionals and provide effective tender and project co-ordination support to the Operations Consulting team.

Our client is a well-established and prestigious organization with a brand that commands a leadership position in the market.

Start date: November 2017 (negotiable)

R Market related total package plus commission. Benefits include Provident Fund. Secure parking provided.

Key Outputs:
• Administer customised CRM system including all reporting;
• Follow up telephonically with consultants on the progress of all on-going projects;
• Update report on all proposals and tenders awarded or lost;
• Initiate and secure appointments with existing clients for Executive Director and Operations; Manager which includes diary management of such appointments;
• Co-ordinate internal meetings and arrange team lunches when required;
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager;
• Ensure and maintain accurate filing system;
• Attend project initiation meetings and tender briefings; and compile project plans when required;
• Write proposals and compile tender documents;
• Assist with compiling presentations and ad hoc administrative duties.

Essential requirements include:
• Educated to degree level
• Experience in project administration essential and knowledge of tender processes including tender briefings and submissions would be an advantage
• Understanding of project management processes, adhering to policy and company values
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong planning and organising skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Self-managed and self-motivated
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
