Job Description:Projects administrator.
1. GENERAL
The management and control of all documents and files related to projects and all Business communications related toprojects with customers and fellow staff members. Responsibilities include theinitiation of capturing, invoicing and expediting of all project sales orders. Projects administration remains responsible to the Sales Manager.

2. MARKETING
- Handling of all complaints, problems, claims, enquiries and other issues that relate
To the wellbeing of the client.
- Liaison with Credit control and handling of delinquent accounts, overdue amounts and
other queries where necessary.
3. ADMINISTRATION
- Maintains control over and responsibility for all relevant projects administration i.e. customers files etc.
- Compiling of day to day correspondence including site reports of Site Foreman.
- Handling special administrative duties of a non-routine nature.
- Compilation of various projects statistics.
4. STOCK CONTROL
- Co-ordination and control of all stock movements from Projects store.

5. OTHER
- Attending of Sales, Marketing, Project and Credit Control Meetings when required.
- Maintains control over all projects expenditure related to Bom.
- Organising and participating in such activities as factory visits and other customer functions.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Manager from time to time.

6. REQUIREMENTS:

Must be resident on the West Rand, with own transport
Matriculated
Fluent business English and Afrikaans for extensive client dealings
Min 10 years related experience
Ability to multitask in a calm manner
Excellent follow through, accuracy and attention to detail and completion of task within required deadlines is required
