This senior management position requires a matric with a Technical Degree or Diploma with sound Computer literacy and solid Production and Projects training and experience. A minimum of 5 years Managerial experience in a Automotive manufacturing facility with good knowledge of HR &IR, Maintenance and equipment Planning and the management of Projects. People skills need to be at an advanced level to deal with clients, suppliers and staff. Good communication in English with German/Spanish an advantage. Main purpose is to take overall responsibility for all Project related activities, plan, lead, organise and control all personnel during project periods and reach project activities objectives within allotted time frames. This means working closely with suppliers and service providers to meet these deadlines. Proven Project cost saving and budgeting skills essential. Will take the lead point on all Lean Engineering and Process engineering.
