Job description
• The primary function of the job is to meet sales targets
• The secondary role is to ensure customer growth and obtaining new business
• Issue quotes and follow up on outstanding quotes on a daily basis
• Control, monitor and manage all back orders
• Follow up on branding on branding orders and ensure timeous completion of the job
• Liaising with customers on orders placed, handling of stock, size, colour and branding issues
• Display a comprehensive knowledge on range and product offering
• Ability to access company social networks at all times such as Facebook, Twitter and Whatsapp
• Give feedback to your supervisor every day
