Our client, a leader in the gaming industry, urgently requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a Promotions Co-ordinator.
Main Purpose of the Role:
Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest calibre of customer service to all patrons/employees of the company
Plan, co-ordinate and implement cutting edge promotions/events that achieve pre-determined objectives
Key Performance Areas:
Management of club festival database
Plan, execute and evaluate internal and external marketing related events/promotions
Guest and supplier relationship management
Management and maintenance of the website and plasma content
Staff management
Self-management and performance ownership
Qualification required:
Marketing Degree or Diploma (NQF level 6)
Experience required:
At least 2 years marketing experience
Technical competencies:
Drivers Licence (non-negotiable)
Report writing skills
Excellent time management skills
Sound inter-personal skills
Budget Management (business and financial acumen)
Sound MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Operation of various forms of office equipment
Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks and carry heavy objects
