A Promoter Supervisor is required by a food manufacturer in Briardene. The primary function of the promoter supervisor is to manage an efficient and effective promotions team through on-job training, motivation, coaching and staff development in order to deliver merchandising/promotion strategies that are superior to the competition and meet merchandising targets. The position will be mostly out of office, own car is essential. Travel allowance will be incorporated into the ctc of R15000pm (neg dependent on exp).

•Rate of sale per store
•Rate of returns
•Crates management
•Merchandiser/Promoter quarterly plan
•Staff turnover

Minimum requirements of the job:

•Matric
•Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
•Min 3yrs merchandising exp in FMCG environment, in a supervisory role
•Code 08 unendorsed driver’s licence
•Own car essential
•Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

General

•May be required to work over weekends and public holidays
•Expected to work overtime as required
