Requirements

3 year degree in finance or relevant qualifications
Completed TOPP/TIPP articles
At least 2 years post articles experience
Computer literate
Experience in Property Management Industry will be an added advantage
MDA experience will be added advantage
Advance excel will be an added advantage

Job description

Ensuring reliability of the company’s accounting records by regularly preparing accounts reconciliation for completeness, existence and accuracy of transactions and balances.
Preparing company and property budgets and measuring against the actual on a monthly basis.
Provide reports on monthly management accounts.
Attending to queries on the property owner reports.
Attend to audit queries.
Supervising junior staff.
Attending to any additional work that might be allocated to you by senior management.
