Qualification:

Relevant Tertiary Degree: BAcc / BCom or similar

SAIPA / SAICA Articles – highly preferred



Skills & Experience:

No commercial experience needed if completed Articles

MS Excel and MS Word

MDA Property Administrator beneficial but not essential

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Description:

Assist with accurate accruals.

Analysis of transactions and capturing of data to the system.

Analytical review of income statements and balance sheets.

Balance sheet reconciliations / supplier reconciliation and ad-hoc tenant account reconciliations.

Assist with month-end reporting and payments to suppliers.

Bank account capturing and recons.

Assist with year-end procedures and audit requirements; liaising with auditors and managing information requested.

Bond account analysis and inter-company loan reconciliations.

Assist with Internal Auditing and reporting.

Review the work of the Financial Assistant.

VAT Recons.
