To provide administrative support to the Property Manager in order for property managers to manage their portfolios

Essential requirements :

Grade 12
A National diploma in Admin/Finance will be advantageous
At least three years property administration experience
Basic financial knowledge (Debtors accounts, Billings)
Understanding of Lease Agreements
Preparation of Lease contracts
Valid drivers license
Computer literacy - MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Exposure to SAP Real Estate will be highly advantageous
Proficient in English and Afrikaans

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following :

Lease administration
Debtors administration - Arrears
Debtors administration - Recoveries
Maintenance administration
Deciding and initiating action
Working with people
Relating and networking
Presenting and communicating information
Writing and reporting
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations

Salary - Market related including benefits
