Our client within the asset management space is looking for a Property Analyst to to do research on listed property companies, both locally and offshore.

Must have strong SA property market knowledge

Travel will be required in this role.

Previously covered property market before for at least 2-3 years.

Previously have done financial modeling.

CFA or CA(SA
