Property Brochure Admin – Green Point

For this position, we require someone that has PROPERTY EXPERIENCE (read leases, do deed searches, draw up catalogues/brochures)

• Keeping track of and facilitating workflow, making sure all relevant admin is completed to deadline
• Quality control, checking that the documents have been completed correctly and that the proper checks, balances and processes have been followed
• Making sure all documents are presented in a way that protects the company – requires general property knowledge
• Guiding and helping team with property and process queries/difficulties
• Identifying the need for and designing new brochures and document templates
• Installing new admin processes as the need arises
• Reporting to directors and agents on progress of workflow
• Interviewing and Training of new staff
• Obtaining of information from various sources
• Fact checking/cross referencing of information
• Preparation of information into catalogues and information packs for prospective purchasers
• Preparation of documentation for auctions (conditions of sale, presentations, catalogues etc)
• Client registration and liaison at auctions (minimal)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
• Minimum 5 years Property Administration experience
• High accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Strong literacy skills, grammar and spelling: English language
• Good basic numeracy skills: accuracy with figures, working out percentages etc
• Eye for layout/presentation
• ESS Computer literacy: MS WORD & EXCEL
• Advantageous: InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
• Ability to multitask
• Good time management
• Strong independent work ethic, takes responsibility for their own work and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
