A reputable construction company based in Cape Town seeks a Property Development Manager with town and regional Planning experience commencing January 2015.

Suitable candidates should hold a BSc Town and Regional Planning with 4 years post graduate experience as town planner. Candidates should also be professionally registered as planner with SACPLAN.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Project management experience in property development projects and co-ordination of multi-disciplinary project teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of the land use Planning Ordinance and related statutory processes and approvals associated with property development projects
- Programme and progress reporting of property development projects
- Co-ordination and management of property development projects
- Co-ordination with municipalities, local authorities and related governmental departments on statutory approvals required for property development
