Qualification:

BCom / BCompt qualification (Accounts III)

Experience in bookkeeping or financial administration

Property sector experience will be an advantageous

Job Description:

Assist in documenting the operational processes.

Monthly / quarterly update of financial instruments and update of Net Asset Value.

Update budgets and forecast and compare against actual performance.

Calculation and payment of fund / management fees.

Management of invoice payments.

Preparation of tax certificates and various reconciliations required by the team from time to time.

Assisting the Senior Fund Accountant with the audit process with internal and external audit firms.
