A renowned national Wealth and Property Investment company is looking for a ‘Property Investment Consultant / Strategist’ to join their team on a full-time permanent basis for their offices in Menlyn Park, Pretoria.

Excellent compensation package on offer, which consists of a very good base salary (subject to qualification and or experience) plus very lucrative commission structures. There are also many internal career advancement opportunities.

The successful candidate will have to be able to work well under pressure in this high-volume industry. Having a CFP qualification or any financial background will be advantageous, but not compulsory.

Primary Duties:

• Selling new development properties to prospective investors
• Help property investors build their property portfolios over time
• Help property investors achieve financial freedom through strategically buying the right
• investment properties
• Working hand-in-hand with our bond origination team

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience – preferably in the new development arena Consulting or in the Property industry
• Grade 12
• Relevant diploma or degree
• NQF 4 qualification in real estate
• Registration with Estate Agency Board or a valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) beneficial, not compulsory
• Experience as a Financial Planner or in Finance (Beneficial but not compulsory)
