Our industry leader Property Management client seeks a Centre Manager for a vibrant Retail Shopping Centre in the Midrand area.

The Centre Manager is responsible for the effective management of the Centre in accordance with the internal policies and procedures as well manage all tenant relationships and contractors. Oversee the property’s performance with the goal of adding value by growing income and maximising return. Furthermore the Centre Manager is expected to manage a small team of employees and is responsible for all staff related matters.

Qualifications Required:
• Matric + Property related tertiary qualification
• Relevant SACSC certification
• Minimum of 5 years in a RETAIL leasing & Property Management essential
• Minimum 30 000m² Retail Shopping Centre exposure
• Staff management experience
• Computer literacy MDA and MS Excel essential
• Stable track record as previous employer
Knowledge / skills/abilities:
• Good Financial Knowledge/Understanding for budgets and financials
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Energetic, motivated self-starter
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Assertive with strong personality
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong decision making skills
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written
• Preference will be given to candidates living in the area at time of application
