Position: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Synopsis:
We are a niche commercial property management and development company, based in the Germiston CBD. We are primarily focused within the Ekurhuleni Municipality on commercial and retail ventures and expanding elsewhere.
We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager who is familiar with Ekurhuleni and is adept at performing tasking that are both time sensitive and require social interaction.

Duties:
• Showing prospective tenants leasable space, for offices, retail and industrial premises
• Negotiation of leases
• Maintaining strong relationships with National and Government tenants, to smaller retail clients
• Inspection of a portfolio of properties, for constant maintenance upkeep and requirements
• Liaison with service vendors and maintenance staff
• On site inspections of new property developments, liaison with contractors
• Preparation of tenders, budgets, leases and other applicable property documentation

Requirements:
• Must possess own transportation
• Strong problem solving capability
• Strong social skills
• 3-5 years of commercial property management experience
• Matric certification or equivalent
• Strong language skills
• A Fidelity Certificate is a perquisite
