Qualification:
Property Studies or B.Com in Finance or similar

Skills & Experience:
8 – 10 years’ property management experience
Negotiation skills
Experience with leasing, facility management, property lifecycle management, financial control and team leadership
Exceptional planning and coordination skills
Ability to build and grow a team as is required by the business
A solid understanding of financial statements
The ability to be confident in judgement enough to make swift decisions
Results-driven, meticulous, analytical

Job Description:
The person will take full ownership and responsibility of the property portfolio as well as the rest of the team
Full property management function, including the leasing, finance, property lifecycle, special projects, marketing and debt management, to name a few.
Ability to guide and lead the team so as to achieve excellent results
Overseeing of annual budgeting for the company
Strategic input in the above as well as general matters related to the business
Investor reporting for all assets within the portfolio
Negotiating terms and lease agreements with a focus on maximizing the business
Implementing best practice, policies and procedures in line with property management
Assisting the Asset Manager with investigations and due diligence of potential new acquisitions
Strategic support to the Asset Manager in all areas of the business
