Job description

Summary of Job Description:

Administration of Portfolio of Sectional Title and Home Owners Associations

Maintaining accurate Sectional Title information /records for each client.

Assist and advise trustees with legal, maintenance and financial issues.

Responsible for handling correspondence, management of records, attending meetings (including meetings held after hours) and recording minutes accurately.

Accounting skills in understanding principles of financial statements and budgeting.

Maintenance skills in understanding and interpreting requests and instruction from buildings trustees and processing such requests.

Requirements:

Matriculation

Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word &Excel)

Previous Sectional Title experience - Advantages

Relevant knowledge of Sectional Title Act and principles of Home owners association- Advantages

Certificate for Paddocks Sectional Title advance course an advantage.

Strong accounting background an added advantage.

Own transport essential



Required Skills:

Must be able to work under pressure

Must be able to contribute to the service level expectation of a goal orientated team whose focus is on providing world class service

Must have excellent time management skills

Attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:
• Typing of letters, Minutes, Notices, AGM Notices .
• Correspondence (verbal & written)
• Answering of calls / queries
• Typing of documents in Word & Excel spreadsheets
• Internet and e-mail– upload web documents
• Handling insurance claims – compiling information, completing relevant claim forms, and following up on claims.
• General administrative work, filing, bulk mailing, phoning for proxies etc.

We require excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a high level of admin and problem solving abilities which will enable dealing with clients to be done effectively. Your computer literacy should be above average, and you need a good understanding of budgets and accounting. Personal presentation is important, as we deal with many corporate clients, and you will be an extension of our business. You need to be serious about having a career in property, and passionate about service delivery. Key components to your character would include a committed work ethic, undoubted integrity, reliability and consistency
