Previous experience in property management would be an advantage. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential/commercial and mixed schemes and will be required to attend to telephone queries, obtain quotes and deal with contractors, attend and take minutes of meetings, etc. You must have your own reliable transport, have strong customer service and organizational skills and have a passion for property. Computer literacy is essential.
