Call for an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced PROPERTY PORTFOLIO MANAGER based in Cape Town.

We are looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join the Rental Property Management team to manage the Portfolio. As a successful candidate, you will contribute to the development and implementation of property management strategy and policies, liaising with various stakeholders across the board. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a defined property portfolio of owned and leased properties to achieve targeted returned through careful analysis, planning and efficient management.

Overall, you will be responsible for the following functions within the Properties Portfolio:

1. Portfolio Management
2. Financial Management
3. Property Management
4. Leasing Management
5. Customer Services
6. People Management

Key Qualification and Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 3 years’ experience in property portfolio management Or
- 5 years’ relevant experience in property management generally
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position
- Proven track record of competence across a range of functions including, experience in managing a residential rental property portfolio, preferably at a similar level

Knowledge and Skills

- Sound knowledge and understanding of the legal framework governing property law in South Africa.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Code 08 Driver’s License
