A national market leader in Property and Wealth Investment is looking for a Sales Director to join their expanding team, on a full time permanent basis for their offices based in TygerFalls, Bellville, CT.

Extremely good compensation package on offer negotiable (subject to qualification and or experience), plus sales commission and profit share on overall sales. There are also many internal career advancement opportunities. This is a Non-EE position.

The successful person will become the Head of our sales agency, manage and build our five sales brands, including managing our internal and external stock procurement function (resources and people).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans & profit targets
• Developing relationships with clients
• Identifying & reporting on business opportunities in target markets
• Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs & networking events
• Maximising new business development opportunities
• Overseeing the Sales, Investments & Procurement teams

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in the Property Industry
• Experience in a similar position
• NQF 5 preferred
• Principle Agent preferred
• Excellent sales & negotiation skills
• Good business sense
• Ability to motivate & lead a team
• Initiative, drive & enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills
• Good planning & organisational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Good IT, budget & report writing skills
• Own transport & valid driver’s licence
