A Wealth, finance and Property Investment company is looking for a ‘Property Strategy Manager’ to join their team on a full-time permanent basis for their offices in Bellville, CT.

Primary Duties:

• Selling new development properties to prospective investors
• Help property investors build their property portfolios over time
• Help property investors achieve financial freedom through strategically buying the right
• investment properties
• Working hand-in-hand with our bond origination team

Experience & Requirements:

• Property sales experience
• Relevant diploma or degree
• Preferably Bcom Investment Management Degree
• NQF 4 qualification in real estate
• Registration with Estate Agency Board or a valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) beneficial, not compulsory
• Experience as a Financial Planner or in Finance (Beneficial but not compulsory)
• Communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Confident/assertive
• Excel skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Own transport
