Responsibilities
•Provide property valuation services to client
•Objectively appraisal properties and client portfolios, making sure of accurate and current market value.
•Physical Inspection, Calculations and Market Research
•Budget Control, Train, Mentor, and Candidate Valuer

Important Characteristics
•Driver’s license and Reliable transport
•Flexibility to travel and work away from the office
•Background in Commercial valuations and Knowledge of Cougar

Skills Essential to the Role – Technical
•Professional / Associate Valuer (Registered) South African Council for the Property Valuation Profession (SACPVP) 3- 5 years’ experience as a qualified Valuer
