A Rehab Addiction clinic located in Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking an experienced Psych Registered Nurse for permanent night duty to join their dual diagnosis unit.

Responsibilities:
• Care for rehab patients with dual diagnosis of psychiatric conditions and addiction
• Administer medication
• Provide individual, integrated and family-oriented treatment
• Treat patients and the family with dignity & respect
• Motivate patients for group therapy
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Applicants for this position must:
• Be a SANC registered as a nurse with General Nursing & Psychiatry ( 4 yr Diploma or B.Cur Degree)
• Have psychiatry experience
• Ideally have a post basic diploma in Psychiatry (not essential)
• Be able to work shifts.
• Be a team player and able to work with a multi-disciplinary team of medical professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, pharmacists
