MSP currently represents a private hospital, seeking to employ a Unit Manager for their Psychiatric ward. The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position: • Diploma/Degree in General Nursing & Midwifery • Must hold a postgraduate qualification in Psychiatric Nursing Science • Preferably a postgraduate qualification in Management • Proven management/supervisory experience • Knowledge of financial, budget, stock and change management within a nursing unit • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Psychiatric facility • Private health care experience and knowledge of policies and procedures within the sector • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to ****@*****.***.
